Boiler servicing
Once a year keeps the warranty valid and catches the parts that fail in November. It takes about an hour and you get the readings, not just a sticker.
What is included
- Flue gas analysis with the readings written down
- Seals, electrodes and the heat exchanger checked and cleaned
- Gas rate and working pressure measured against the manufacturer figures
- Anything trending the wrong way flagged before it fails
A service that takes fifteen minutes is not a service. Ours takes about an hour, and you get the numbers so next year you can see what has moved.
What it costs

£95, or £150 with a landlord certificate on the same visit.
