Emergency call-outs
Water where it should not be, or no heat at all. We keep two vans back each day for emergencies so we can get to most of Bristol the same day.
What is included
- Isolate the leak and make the property safe
- Diagnose the fault and tell you what it will cost before we start
- Temporary repair the same visit where a part has to be ordered
- A written summary of what we found, by email, the same day
Most emergency calls are one of four things: a failed joint, a corroded rad valve, a pump that has seized over the summer, or a boiler locking out on low pressure. Three of those we carry the parts for.
We charge for the first hour and then in half hours. If the job turns into a replacement, the call-out comes off the quote.
What it costs
£95 call-out
Call-out and first hour, £95. Parts quoted before we fit them.
Quoted fixed after a visit. Invented, like the rest of this site, but in the shape a real quote would take.
